Can you provide services for my whole family?
We treat everyone in your family from ages 2 and up.
What insurance policies do you accept?
We accept most coverage from all major insurance providers. Insurance is usually submitted by our office, and copays are expected at the time service is rendered.
Can I arrange a payment plan?
- Payment plans we accept:
- Care credit dental credit card
- Citibank dental credit card
- Capital One dental credit card with option of no interest for 12 months or extended payment plan with lower interest
Do you have an appointment cancellation policy?
We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation
How can I have my records transferred?
You can call your previous Dentist or we can call for
you.
Is there an incentive plan for patient referrals?
